The next day, Oct. 29, the library will host a Halloween party from 3:30 to 4:30 pm for all children.
Wednesday morning, Oct. 30, at 9:30 am preschool story time participants will go trick-or-treating. Parents are asked to have their children at the library by 9:30. Community members are encouraged to hand out goodies along the block between the library and the bank. If the weather is nasty that morning, trick-or-treating will be at the library.
On Thursday, Oct. 31, the library staff and board will take part in the National Honor Society’s trunk-or-treat at the school parking lot from 5 to 6 pm.
The Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday events are sponsored in part from funds received through Communities 4 Children and Community Partnerships for Protecting Children neighborhood/Community Network Mini Grants.
